It sent him off in the tongue, brain and stomach regions like nothing else. With an all-ready burning passion for natural wine, Morgan bailed on his gig as Chef de Cuisine at Husk and came back to Australia to scout for a partner to bring his vision to life.

He found one alright, in Miranda Campbell, and the dynamic duo’s fate was sealed. Together they hunted down staff who cared about looking after people. They played music that made them feel good. They threw countless parties to celebrate the good things in life. They formed long-lasting relationships with wine makers, suppliers and first timers who would soon become regulars.
