Ahh, frickles. A classic Southern soul pleaser since way back.
We’ve been playing around with our fried pickles recipe for a while. And using the best in the business from our mates at Westmont Pickles, we think we’ve nailed it. Before it hits the menus, we planned to throw a little party at Belles Barangaroo serving up copious plates of these hot little numbers on us.
Unfortunately old mate virus threw a spanner in the works and we had to postpone our little pickle party. But all is not lost, Belles Fitzroy is taking the baton with Ftickle Time popping up on Sunday 18 July, 3-5pm.
